With management and marketing experience – Ricky being the entrepreneur he is, has founded and developed Five Nine Solutions, Inc. and Helping up Lift Dreams. These companies range from event coordinating to marketing, management firms, and non-profit organizations. Currently Malone oversees local operations within Crush City Innovations and won numerous awards, one being President’s Club Award two years in a row.
