Responsible for all phases of a project from the bid estimate to scheduling to construction management, to billing / forecasting and project closeout. All aspects of the project are managed by the PM to include P&L responsibilities. Specific Duties include: • Developing the bid estimate • Development & Management of Project Schedule • Develop full scale project plans • Assemble and coordinate project staff • Manage project budget • Manage project resource allocation • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools • Provide direction and support to project team • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions • Quality assurance
