Oversees all fundraising activity for donors at the Insiders ($2,500 and Visionaries levels, major program and production underwriters and Ovation Circle (planned giving) supporters.\\\\n- Works with Advancement Operations team to create, monitor, and maintain budgeted plans for all donors $2,500+, ensuring revenue goals are met and/or exceeded.\\\\n- Mentors and leads 3+ individual giving team members, by setting short and long-term goals and developing and tracking performance metrics.\\\\n- Cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of 100+ major donors and prospects.\\\\n- Collaborates with the Annual Fund and Operations team to regularly identify and pipeline major and planned giving prospects.\\\\n- Provides staff support for the Institutional Advancement Committee and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.\\\\n- Maintains an in-depth understanding of all Center Theatre Group productions, programs, and strategic plans to prioritize funding opportunities, create compelling fundraising narratives, and ensure the individual giving team can passionately and persuasively articulate them.\\\\n- Works with Advancement Operations team to ensure processing, tracking, acknowledgement, and recognition of all mid-level, major and planned gifts are executed to the highest standard.\\\\n- Works with Special Events team to conceive, execute, and attend donor events and high-level donor trips that include VIP experiences with artists.\\\\n- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to CTG’s equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives and values and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to an anti-racist work culture.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
