I\'m a builder. A builder of teams that deliver, a builder of relationships that matter, a builder of products and solutions that result in better futures.I love to dig into inefficiencies in how a business runs and solve them using technology. I love making the jobs of people more enjoyable, and ultimately deliver the value expected from technology headlines. I don\'t like rules, but I like understanding why the rules were made and just as importantly, when they were made and the environment and circumstances they were made in. The biggest impacts to a business may be implementing AI, or it could be simplifying existing processes because technology allows you solve the problem without the process in the first place.I can speak the three languages of: Tech, Exec, and users.I like to get my hands dirty, through Gemba walks, greasy hands, or digging into code to find that one character that SAP doesn\'t like and grinds everything to a halt.I lead through outcomes, energizing people through story telling and ideation of a better futureI strive for accuracy, in estimates, in results, and conversation.I believe in radical transparency.I believe in a more energy efficient future. Strengths and Weaknesses: The feedback I\'m most proud of receiving is,\"when you talk, people listen\" but I prefer to listen and choose my words carefully when I respond. I need to work on selling myself, but I prefer for the results of the work to sell itself and rely on feedback and references of others to progress. Most importantly, I\'m a dad.
