With over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, I am an Executive Vice President and Regional President at WesBanco Bank, in charge of Southern and Central Ohio and Central Indiana. My mission is to lead and grow our banking activities, delivering high-quality service and solutions to our customers, while enhancing our brand and reputation in the market.In my current role, I oversee a team of over 40 professionals who are responsible for strategy, sales, underwriting, and customer service. I have implemented progressive training and development programs, improved credit quality statistics, and increased customer retention and satisfaction rates. As Market President for Southern Ohio, our team doubled our business in two years. Previously, at Huntington National Bank, I managed a $1.4 billion portfolio and doubled the book of business in four years. I also transformed two low-performing regions into top-performing ones, driving profitable revenue, contribution margin, and balance sheet growth in all aspects of retail, business, middle market, and private banking.
