   Partner with three Sr HR Generalists to deliver broad range of HR services for client group comprised of 4 Vice Presidents, 31 Directors, 82 Managers, and over 3,600 employees.• Coordinate, expedite, and execute transactional HR activities (position management, promotions, job reclassifications, unemployment claims, progressive discipline).• Monitor and manage compliance activities (licensure, certifications, immunizations, health screenings).• Overhauled and expanded the onboarding and training program for new Generalists. Coordinate over 45 activities for each participant over the 3-week span of program. Program used for 6 Sr. Generalists and 2 Generalists from May 2021 to March 2022. • Managed the distribution of over hospital centennial shirts (by gender and size) to employees.
