My unique academic and professional journey has taken me down interesting paths and provided me with challenging experiences that have brought me to where I am today. As someone with a Certificate in welding, an Associate Degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I have worked blue-collar jobs burning rods, framing decks and houses and white-collar jobs in sales and operations, eventually ascending to Regional Vice President of an International Rental Car Company. I rounded out my my leadership experience working as a Business Development Mgr. in the equipment finance industry and as a Regional Sales Mgr. for a manufacturing company. These experiences have formed me into an inclusive, bottom-up, Team Leader, who values customers and employees alike, while also running successful operations, that are fair, efficient, and process driven.
