About Rick Spiegel
Today I am responsible to answer the needs of anyone calling in about their addiction and how they can possibly be positioned to better care for themselves through the help of the AWARE In Home Addiction Treatment Program. Previously, I was directly involved as a Recovery Care Advisor in the care of individuals who struggled daily in the fight against addiction. We at AWARE Recovery Care aid the individual by offering alternatives in their lives and most importantly, directly in their own homes. This occurrence has resulted in a very rewarding daily fulfillment after having served and assisted many clients and employees as a Sales Professional with proven expertise amongst all levels of responsibility (Contributor, Manager, Leader, etc.), who promotes both internal and external team participation throughout the entire sales process. Prior customer deliverables included enhanced Internet & Mobile advertising inclusive of SEO and SEM results. Also increased charitable participation through B2B redirection of both their electric and gas purchase. Some added experience included SaaS and Internet-based solution offerings. Built, managed, and directed sales team performance by overseeing the team’s accountability, collaboration, development, communication, and overall trust. Successful relationships are the result of efforts placed on customer success during the sales process which included c-level executives, vice presidents, department leaders, international channel partners, and global customers.
