About Rick Sanford

I’m passionate about relationships and organizations that help people achieve their full potential. I\'ve co-founded, developed and/or supported programs at the intersections of education, personal growth and the arts: a sustainability education nonprofit, a music school for low-income youth, a club for practicing public speaking, mindfulness retreats and outdoor programs, a theatre training group and most recently, a leading tutoring company.Having honed skills in operations, financial and program management over 20+ years, I am shifting my focus to cultivate growth-oriented relationships, with a special interest in how mindfulness, somatic and nature-based practices can support personal healing and transformation. To this end, I am completing a MS in Holistic Mental Health Counseling at Salve Regina University.
