I successfully turned it from the largest operating loss to positive EBITDA within a year. Additionally, I managed the complex spinoff of Kyndryl from IBM, assembling the core team, engaging with the IBM Board and key stakeholders, and achieving a successful separation in just 13 months. Previously, I led IBM’s most profitable business unit, managed Enterprise Risk Management for IBM Services, and executed numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships.Passionate about information technology, I view it as the backbone of innovation and efficiency in our world.
