About Rick Rochelle
Rick coaches individuals and teams to reach their full potential by integrating their physical, emotional, and intellectual strengths. In addition, he is helping transform teams with All American Leadership (former president), senior faculty at NOLS, and as adjunct faculty at the Medal of Honor Institute.Rick\'s twin passions through college were wrestling and academics. His life changed on a 1985 NOLS course, when he developed a third passion—studying group dynamics and leadership. Rick has worked more than 350 weeks in the field for NOLS, leading remote expeditions in the Himalayas, East Africa, Patagonia, Antarctica, and all over the United States. For more than seven years, Rick led a team dedicated to bringing transformational leadership practica to top-notch organizations wanting to enhance their individual leadership skills and team efficacy-NOLS Professional Training. Currently, his focus is developing leadership capacity among executives, urban and wildland firefighters, military officers, astronauts, and MBA students.Rick loves long hikes in the mountains with his wife,@Shannon Rochelle, and their Blue Heeler, Sage.
