   Thrilled to announce that I have joined McKinsol Consulting Inc. as Associate Partner, Data Migration Practice Lead, and Product Manager for iMigrate Pro.After 18 years in SAP data migration, starting at BackOffice Associates in 2007, moving through a decade-plus building and leading SAP\'s North American Data Migration practice, and culminating in the CHS S/4HANA go-live in December 2025, I am ready to channel that experience into building something of my own. The CHS project was one of the largest SAP Prime service projects in North America, where a combined team of CHS, Syniti, and SAP consultants delivered a highly successful S/4HANA implementation using SAP ADMM by Syniti. Watching a project of that scale land cleanly is something I will always be proud of.What excites me most about McKinsol is how we approach data migration differently. Our consultants carry both deep data migration expertise and strong SAP functional design knowledge. That combination is rare, and it matters. It means we do not just move data. We understand where it is going, how the target system is configured, and what business-ready data actually looks like in S/4HANA.
