In this role, I led the planning, execution, and assessment of high-risk operations in complex, ambiguous environments. That experience shaped my leadership philosophy: clarity of intent, disciplined execution, and trust built through shared accountability.I believe human empathy is the key to connecting with people and transforming interpersonal tension into high-performing team motivation. I focus on aligning teams around shared objectives, reinforcing business priorities, and building organizational capacity for sustained, systemic change.I hold a Master of Science in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and am currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
