Rick is and even keeled military veteran with an excitement for technology. He served his country for four years as a diesel mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corp. After college he worked 4 years for Dell / EMC, troubleshooting Windows Poweredge servers and Dell Compellent storage SANs. Rick’s experiences have amassed critical skills useful in the Enterprise IT field. As a creatively gifted thinker and visionary, he has a solid ability to conceptualize the ultimate outcome.    LogicMonitor Infrastucture Onboarding. Work as a liaison between Clients, Service Account Managers, Project Managers and Engineers to quickly and accurately add devices and websites to LogicMonitor, based on their agreed contracts- Install LogicMonitor Collectors in clients environment to establish monitoring- Troubleshoot any Onboarding monitoring issues, working with the Client and Engineers- Create Knowledge Base (KB) articles for new client Managed Services support- Create custom Dashboards for clients to monitor the most important aspects of their environment- Provide Dashboard demonstrations for new clients- Create custom reports for clients as needed or on a recurring bases- Once monitoring is accurately established, release monitoring into Go Live state for Manage Services NOC support.
