Client delivery roles have included Program Director, Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Mobilization Lead, and Sr Project Manager. Extensive background in Epic project leadership with responsibilities including application delivery management, project management, and liaison to business and clinical operations. Leading delivery of the system throughout the project life cycle has always been at the core of my work. I have led and contributed to business development for clients in all aspects of the healthcare industry by developing solutions, pricing, staffing plans, and written proposals. Spent over five years in the Middle East in client delivery and business development. Successfully led a greenfield site Epic implementation from the beginning through go-live and leveraged that experience to assist other clients in their similarly challenging implementations. Developed health client relationships across the region and led numerous business development efforts for EMR, Health Information Exchange, Virtual Health, and Occupational Health system implementation projects leveraging a wide variety of technology platforms. Developed and led people initiatives to recruit and retain health consulting talent to the Middle East.
