   As a part of the Construction Management Team of AISD, Rick is having a great time managing Bond Project upgrades and remodels for the 120 AISD schools and facilities with focus on HVAC and mechanical systems. In addition to managing dedicated projects (with budgets totaling $5-15M), Rick acts as a mechanical consultant to AISD architect PMs and is the Lead Engineering Project Manager.A 2017 Bond for over $1B was approved and programming and design are in progress. In addition to Rick\'s current 2013 and 2017 Bond projects, he is the AISD Liason for the new East Side Memorial High School to be built at the current Ridgeview Alternative Learning Center Site at a budget of $80M.
