   Regional Fresh (Grocery) Operations Director, 2016 – PresentResponsible for 14 Fresh operations managers overseeing 14 markets in 3 regions and 121 stores across Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Kansas, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Focused on teaching, training and developing teams to drive sales, improve quality and reduce waste in stores while improving customer service- Exceeded $1 Billion in annual sales volume in 2019 for the first time ever- Drove a 5.3% sales comp in the regions I am accountable for during the last 6 months of 2016 and a 4.7% sales comp for 2017, 6% comp for 2018, 7.5% comp in 2019 and 15% comp so far in 2020- Reduced waste by 9% in my regions by improving production quality and reducing inventory levels to ensure we are meeting our customer’s needs while not overstocking perishable product- Improved Gross Profit by 6.1% over the final 6 months of 2016 and another 5.5% in 2017, 4% in 2018, 6.35 in 2019 and %22 so far in 2020- On-boarded and trained my team of market level fresh operations managers from internal and external talent- Promoted 4 of my direct reports to Store Manager in 2018 and 2 additional in 2019.
