The solutions would include backup generation, switchgear, UPS systems, chiller, boilers or any other need that could be structured as a managed service solution and financed as an operational lease where the budgeting approach was focused on O&M spend. • Utilized PSC rate structures to leverage the credits to offset the cost of the offered solutions. In some cases, the approach was a net zero cost to the customer in the better scenarios.• Working with and thru our engineering and PM teams to evaluate the customer needs and present the most cost-effective solution to address their needs.
