Computer Systems Admin for the United States Africa Command CITS Germany-Provide end-user technical support based on the assigned systems and project activities-Support new infrastructure projects-Directly involved in “help desk workgroups” that provides customer service support activities-Interact with customers via all mediums (i.e. telephone, text, e-mail, etc) to resolve problems-Identify solutions to requirements caused by changes in policy, system upgrades, or advances in technology-Coordinate the design, development, and testing of software to implement these solutions-Respond to client queries regarding network operation, application systems requirements, and security-Document client questions and resolutions-Perform fault isolation in support of customer application/systems across local/wide area networks, mission systems or provisioning support-As required supports system administration functions, such as backups and user level workstation configuration. Establishes work procedures and tools in support of mission systems/activities-Provide technical guidance and training to customers and junior staff member-In the lead/team leader role, provides functional guidance, supervision, technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control to associate personnel.
