Program Manager for Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) support contract at Ft. Belvoir, VA and Kirtland AFB, NM. Manage successful USAFA and DTRA contracts totaling over $29M. Manage USAFA contract support to include aeronautics, chemistry, leadership, and life sciences research; User Experience design for Air Combat Command; information system architecture, development, and testing; and multi-domain battlefield simulation development. Serve as the primary customer interface and provide technical and pricing proposals for new work. Responsible for selection and development of teams recognized as “Exceptional” in Contract Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) ratings.
