I’ve always been drawn to figuring out how things work and how to build something new. In that way, it feels perfectly natural to me that a biology graduate who restores muscle cars has found the perfect home at PlanPILOT leading the business development efforts for their Multiple Employer Plan Programs. I help independent colleges/universities and independent schools pool their retirement plan assets to achieve significant discounts on services they currently utilize today. At PlanPILOT we\'re focused on the long term success of our plan sponsor clients and their plan participants. Part of my job is reviewing existing retirement plans to figure out where things can be optimized. After sifting through the complexities, there\'s nothing more satisfying than forging a solution that saves the plan sponsor money while at the same time enhancing the ability of plan participants to prepare for a more secure future.My parents owned their own business, which gave me my entrepreneurial spirit and showed me how even the largest enterprise starts at a human scale. That\'s why relationships are my primary concern. Day to day, you\'ll find me collaborating with clients and prospects on: How to enhance their existing retirement plan How to review a cost comparison to see if a MEP or PEP program would be a worthwhile option for them How to join a MEP or PEP program and what the onboarding process looks like for the plan administrator and the participantsCollecting and fixing up cars isn’t just a passion, it’s a pursuit that brings my family together. Our most recent project was an older Mustang Shelby GT. With a little ingenuity and a lot of elbow grease, we plan to keep it humming for years to come.Specialties include: business growth | relationship building | strategic vision
