About Rick Deitrick
I’ve built my career on both sides of the deal—leading enterprise SaaS sales in the restaurant and fintech space, and building companies from the ground up as a real estate entrepreneur. My years as a fine-dining restaurant owner provided me with an insider’s perspective on operational, financial, and staffing challenges — insights I now use to connect with hospitality leaders and deliver technology that works in the real world. I\'ve found this experience transfers to the new homebuilder and construction industries, which have similar business models and operational needs, and helped to launch a Texas-market construction-lending platform.In recent years, I’ve applied that same entrepreneurial drive to real estate finance and development, sponsoring projects, launching and scaling ventures, negotiating complex deals, and leading cross-functional teams from concept to close.
