Deterrence begins with detection. As escalation from bad actors increases, the U.S. military and its allies need radar and sensor systems that can adapt to a range of potential threats in various landscapes. Lockheed Martin radars are the choice of more than 45 nations on six continents. Our systems perform surveillance, tracking, classification/discrimination/identification, fire control engagement and kill assessment.I lead cross-functional, cross-site teams to achieve growth and disciplined program performance in the Radar and Sensor Systems business. I also serve as the General Manager of the Syracuse, NY site which spans 1.5M square feet of engineering and manufacturing space and is home to approximately 2,400 people, including a represented workforce, making it one of the region\'s largest employers and economic engines.
