I was responsible for concurrently managing the project/agile (Kanban, Scrum) integration activities (e.g, tasks, budget, governance, audit, communications, reporting) for the Markel Global Security Services (GSS) Identity Access Management Program\'s (IAMP) Markel Identity Platform (MIP) and Application Identity Integration (AII) Workstreams from inception to operations. MIP’s focus was to partner the Identity vendor, GSS, Workday, Active Directory, Azure AD, and ServiceNow on-premise, and offshore teams to deploy the Markel SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) sandbox and production tenants on budget/on schedule. AII’s focus was to partner the same teams to integrate Markel’s SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and selected non-SOX applications into the IDN tenants on budget/on schedule.
