ABOUT RICHARD BEAUDRY

I’m focused on building better athletes, stronger sport programs, and sustainable sport businesses.As the founder of B Town Courts, I work with sport entrepreneurs, coaches, and organizations to develop high-quality programming rooted in long-term athlete development—combining multi-sport exposure, competition, and now mental performance training. My background spans both sport and business. I’ve served as Chairman of the Board for multiple Halton Region sports organizations, supporting strategic direction, governance, and community growth. In the private sector, I built, managed, and successfully sold a global leader in online exam monitoring—developing deep experience in scaling operations and building sustainable organizations. In sport, I launched Burlington’s first private pickleball brand and have been a lifelong coach and mentor to young athletes across multiple organizations, including Big Brothers and the Boys and Girls Club. Today, I’m particularly focused on supporting the next generation of sport entrepreneurs—helping them shape their vision, launch effectively, and grow programs that deliver real impact. We are also expanding our model to include mental performance and resilience training—because developing athletes isn’t just physical, it’s mental.
