Ricky Reyes is a Chicago-based, Pacific Northwest-born researcher, arts administrator, and oral historian.He is currently a student in the University of Chicago’s Digital Studies in Language, Culture, and History master’s program, focusing on digital archival work and creative coding.Ricky’s previous work experience includes public art administration, archival work, curation, and public programming with arts organizations such as the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, Media Burn Independent Video Archive, the Seattle Black Spatial Histories Institute, Wa Na Wari, Museum of Pop Culture, Seattle University, the City of Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, the City of Tacoma Division of Community & Economic Development, and Seattle Theatre Group.
