Work across the enterprise to continuously unlock greater business capacity, accelerate growth, and increase profitability on an annual P&L of $250M. Develop, mentor, and coach a team of 7 direct reports and manage a full organization of 427 personnel across U.S. and Canadian Operations. • Implemented fundamental Lean tools, defined operational KPIs, improved communication with plants, and built mission-critical stakeholder relationships to increase productivity by 75% in the first three months. Created a comprehensive maintenance system with proactive measures to eliminate unforeseen downtime events. Integrated Sales and Operations plans that eliminated past-due work orders, led the Global Supply Chain to achieve record cost savings, and increased EBITDA to the highest level in company history.• Joined the company initially as Vice President of Operations, carried out a major turnaround initiative and quickly achieved substantial performance gains in the first four months, enabling and earning the promotion to COO.
