Instructional leader of 300 student lower school division (Pre-K – 4th grade) of Pre-K – 12th grade college preparatory independent school. Eight-year trend has seen 33% divisional enrollment increase and early childhood (Pre-K&K) enrollment increase >100%. Responsibilities include collaborative creation and implementation of admissions and retention strategies, management of site-based budget, serving on Board Finance, Advancement, and Master Planning committees, recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of approximately 40 staff members, divisional instructional and curricular leader, etc. Starting in 2018, I have led our strategic planning process for new strategic plan unveiled in 2020.
