About Rick Wernimont
Partner within EY\'s transaction advisory services practice focused on teaming with my clients to identify and solve key deal issues. For the last several years, I have served as a financial due diligence advisor for more than 100 transactions with company valuations ranging from $10 million to $20 billion. Extensive experience advising private equity and corporate clients on key deal issues for (i) buy-side,(ii) full enterprise and (iv) carve-out transactions. These transactions span various industries, including, software, financial technology, IT-enabled services, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution companies, business services, marketing/advertising, consumer products, and life sciences (medical devices).I am passionate about understanding different business models, analyzing metrics which drive growth & profitability, solving key deal issues, and providing industry leading / commercial reports. Prior to joining the transactions practice, I worked in EY’s Advisory practice and Assurance practice leading technology control framework projects, business process control assessments, and financial audit procedures for start-ups, private companies, and large public companies.
