The title is a little misleading; I don\'t really manage anyone, or much of anything.I spend most of my time these days designing, developing, testing and refining software algorithms. Usually my work involves big data and approaches for sifting through it quickly to find the desired hits. My current project applies these ideas to biometric matching and searching.I am recognized within my company as being quite good in preparing RFP responses. So when an important one comes along, I put aside the software and immerse myself in the proposal response.
