A versatile and accomplished Finance/Resources Director with 20 years C-suite/Board level experience.• Track record of developing and delivering financial plans, leading teams and embedding effective governance within commercial and not for profit settings.• Skills extend beyond mainstream Finance. I can lead various function; technology, facilities, risk, information security, governance and procurement.Three permanent, employed FD roles to 2017 in large public sector organisations, up to £350m, and staff responsibility of 90 incl. procurement, estates, IT, contracts.In 2017, I decided to move into an interim career. During that time, I have held ten roles in seven different organisations, with turnover ranging from £5m to £60m and staff from 4 to 60. Interim roles included FD, CEO, Governance, IT, Transformation and Commercial. My experience includes transforming business processes, systems, governance and procedures to substantially reduce costs, drive significant performance improvements and deliver strategies for asset re-investment.To effectively deliver transformation, engaging with stakeholders is essential, and one way I achieve this is through communicating a compelling vision for change.
