Responsibilities include requirements development for joint space warfighting systems. Analyze existing warfighting plans, strategies, concepts of operations, and develop requirement modification recommendations of existing programs and new requirements in support of future programs. Assist in the development of Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS) documentation and products and analysis to support the validation of such documentation.• Led a group of Space Experts in these disciplines – Special Staff, Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, Planning and Policy, C4 & Cyber Management, Joint Space Operations & Force Division, and Capabilities & Resource Integration providing best solutions for the problems/issues in the organization• As Deputy Program Manager managing a contract of 125 people and a budget of $30 million • Led the effort formulating a new Space Command Instruction for existing warfighter missile defense modification and requirements actions• Developed more efficient means in collaborating and sharing information across the organization to update the monthly status report and prepare monthly financial picture of the contract to the government contracting officer • Prepared and briefed many new missile defense capabilities to the organization’s senior decision makers and provided recommendations to have in responses to our national leadership • Coached branch in the Missile Defense Agency systems and processes as the new transregional missile defense branch stood up
