Richard W. Stone, founder and CEO, directs Sagard Real Estate’s, strategic vision and institutional relationships. A member of the Investment Committee, he has 32 years of experience in commercial real estate and was formerly involved in the development and acquisition of assets in excess of $2.2 billion in value at Alliance Commercial Partners.Rick formerly served as the Vice-Chairman of The Galbreath Company, a large leasing/management/development business. He has served as a Director of The Denver Partnership, Inc, is a member of the Young President’s Gold Organization, CEO, and has served on multiple national task forces. He also serves on numerous business and non-profit boards and committees.
