While at Ocwen, he served as Senior Vice President and head of the Company’s distressed debt acquisition division and prior to that as its Chief Credit Executive. Prior to joining Ocwen in 1997, Mr. Spencer was employed by Barnett Banks, Inc.(“Barnett”) in Jacksonville, Florida. During his 17+ years with Barnett, he held numerous senior level credit related positions.
