A solutions-focused, accomplished Senior Operations Director and Facilities Director, with extensive success directing and managing the operational needs, growth and efficiencies of large, complex facilities and venues. Offering highly-developed leadership skills and global perspective on strategy, development, performance, cost savings, and revenue-generating tactics, my background includes delivering strategic insights and KPI analysis to optimize facility use, energy efficiencies and internal and external resources. I have a 20+ year background developing and administering multi-million-dollar budgets in fast-changing environments, planning for capital needs, priority maintenance and training of a high-performing workforce to achieve capacity goals. Well-honed negotiation skills and broad resource network, from real estate and construction, corporate and government leadership, to media and entertainment, I have exceptional communication skills and can easily develop rapport with executive boards, prominent civic leaders, members of the media and the community.For the last two decades I contributed to the success and growth of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. and its flagship event, Summerfest, an annual music festival that draws attendees to the 70+-acre lakefront grounds during its 11-day run.
