We are a Nationwide Contractor Management Company, offering assistance with FHA required pre-closing inspection and repairs, for the mortgage industry. We have the largest contractor network in the industry, allowing us to provide the quickest results to all clients, regardless of job location or project size.We assist processors and loan officers by getting estimates from our licensed/insured contractors, in a timely fashion, to meet current FHA standards for loan approval. We work with the lenders and their clients to complete ONLY the necessary work required to meet FHA standard guidelines. The client pays nothing upfront for any inspections or repairs. The cost of any work completed is paid at closing.
