Some of you know that I am no longer at CDI. I have moved on from O&G and have partnered with my brother in construction. Forthright Construction was incorporated about 9 years ago but he has over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience in residential, commercial and light industrial projects. Recently, we have expanded into real estate investments by creating Forthright Ventures, Inc. We personally work with a small group of cash investors. When the projects don’t meet these investors’ criteria, we access general investor pools and hard money lenders. Currently I am looking to partner with business professionals who have an interest in Houston based real estate investments. As a preview, we currently hold over worth of property in the East End and another in the Heights. We are also breaking ground in the hill country (Horseshoe Bay). It’s safe to say that by the end of the 2017, all of our competitors will know Forthright Ventures and our work. I can’t get into those details here but feel free to contact me about the different partnership options we are offering.
