As a Safety Professional my drive is always in developing the knowledge and understanding of all levels and departments within the business, giving them the skills and knowledge to manage their working areas and their safety.I like to work hands on with all areas of a business to develop culture change and understanding of not just the importance of health and safety, but also how it can fit seamlessly into all of our working lives, with the ultimate aim to ensure that everyone goes home safely and feels safe within their work.I have a passion for Impact and Sustainability management, and have lead impact, sustainability, B Corp assessments and environmental programmes within businesses, achieving not only ISO 14001 and environmental compliance, but also driving real improvements to our environment.
