Licensed in Arizona since 1987, worked with development firms from Colorado, California, Nevada, and Arizona from 19••••95. Experience includes marketing Master Planned Communities, land/lot sales to residential, multi-family, and commercial developers, new home sales, and commercial income property sales and leasing. From 1995 to present working independently through Realty Executives Commercial, with investors and property owners throughout Arizona. Rick received the highly acclaimed CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2008, was on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter (20••••19), and was the 2017 President. A CCIM is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate. To earn the CCIM designation, a candidate must complete over 200 hours of graduate level coursework, submit a portfolio of closed transactions documenting a depth of experience in the commercial investment field, and successfully complete a comprehensive examination. This designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory but also in practice. Rick is also has contributed to the industry as a past Board member of the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), the Realtor\'s Land Institute Arizona Chapter (RLI), and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors.
