From leaving school in 1988 I have been in employment at GreenTek and GroundGuards,(Formerly Greensward Engineering company) My job role started as a mechanic servicing and repairing mowers and groundcare machinery and attending Askham Bryan college for an agricultural mechanics qualifications. This role evolved over the years into spare parts purchasing and management, buying and selling of machinery, account management for GroundGuards mats and more recently marketing, health & safety/compliance and gaining accreditations such as ISO9001, CHAS, Constructionline, RISQS, Building confidence, Builders profile and UVDB to name a few!GroundGuards supplies ground protection mats and temporary trackway systems such as MaxiTrack, MultiTrack, FastCover, XtremeMat, MudStopper, Euromat and LiteTrack to many sectors and industries for protect grass, paving, tarmac, stone and any other delicate or sensitive surface from damage by anything from pedestrians to 130 Tonne machines.Industries and sectors we supply are:ConstructionCivil EngineeringPower TransmissionPipelinesUtilitiesCommunicationsHighwaysMilitaryEmergency servicesRecoveryAnd many more!
