Rick McCormick is a veteran and proven Real Estate Professional. Rick is proud to have authored three different book publications to assist Home Sellers and Buyers. Rick is an EXP Master Mentor, an author, sought-after speaker. and Host of the weekly National Radio Show, The Rick McCormick Show. Rick McCormick has been involved in Real Estate for many years. In 2017 Rick joined the National Brokerage of EXP Realty, currently the fastest growing real estate brand in North America. McCormick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Arts Degree, and some work toward a Doctoral Degree. In a previous career many people remember McCormick\'s name as a successful collegiate and professional basketball coach. McCormick was named National Coach of the Year and earned several Conference Coach of the Year awards at the collegiate level. Along the Higher Education trail McCormick has had various roles in addition to coaching, including Professor and Athletic Director. McCormick has transferred and paralleled those skills into Real Estate in a resounding fashion. Rick McCormick is currently ranked in the Top 3% of Realtors in the U.S. by the National Association of Realtors and in the Top 2% of the U.S. by Zillow Premier. They are the proud parents of Harley and Hulk, their two rescue dogs. They are strong supporters in the community of several outreach programs involving animal welfare. Marie is both a Professional Social Worker and a Registered Nurse. Both Rick and Marie are heavily involved in their community through their local church, Rick\'s volunteer work as a youth coach, as well as many local charities and youth activities. They also spend a great deal of time with activities involving their adult children and grandchildren.
