I’m a Services Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, focused on delivering complex programs with precision, structure, and consistency. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead multi-million-dollar initiatives across national and government environments, managing full lifecycle delivery from early capture and planning through execution and closeout. I’ve worked in highly regulated, performance-critical settings where success depends on strong governance, clear communication, and disciplined execution. On the financial side, I’ve led budgeting, cost control, and executive reporting efforts, while ensuring compliance with standards such as ATO requirements and SRG/STIG.
