Responsible for supervising 17 employees in a Union Fertilizer plant which includes: Training, safety, discipline, reviews and handling all emergencies, and I’m the highest member of management on shift in off hours, sending out daily shift reports to upper management, and entering work orders for Maintenance on needed repairs. Ensuring the equipment is locked out and ready for Maintenance the next day. Accurately checking the timecards for my shift and making any call outs needed. Certified in wastewater in the state of IL, and I have a TWIC card.
