Working with the CTL Business Group-Asia team, I am responsible for leading the investment modeling function of the acquisitions process to ensure timely and successful completion of acquisition opportunities. In addition, I assist the team in all aspects of research, evaluation, and implementation of acquisition and disposition strategies. Specific responsibilities to include: 1. Investment Modeling – Coordinate investment analysis of acquisition properties and, if required, disposition opportunities. Participate in the development of a functional, flexible Excel-based acquisitions/dispositions model. Acquisition Structuring – Assist in developing acquisition structures and/or vehicles necessary to accommodate client objectives and seller requirements. Document Preparation/Implementation/Communication – Contribute to the production and management of all transaction related documents including investment memorandums, acquisition committee documents, closing documents and reporting documents. Research – Participate in basic and advanced research on markets, products, geographies and investment strategies. Travel- business trips in three locations
