In my current role with Motorola, I manage $40M in installation projects and collaborate with vendors to negotiate competitive contract terms and conditions. I facilitate communication among team members to ensure that all operational aspects of various projects are delivered on time and on budget. Working in tandem with leadership, I drive improvements in operational efficiency, project scale, and productivity.
