With a back ground in Financial Planning, 28 years experience as a Mortgage Broker/Banker and business owner, I have seen and dealt with all types of financing programs and have always made sure that I stay educated of the latest changes in the mortgage market. As loan programs, loan officers, and lenders come and go, I have remained the same.My job is to provide financing to those individuals who are seeking financing in the residential market and with my experience through the years in this business, I can effectively and confidently do just that. My experience in this industry has led me to the conclusion that product knowledge and the up front education of the buyer is paramount. With my ability to customize a loan program which not only meets the needs of the client now, but also in the future, is the key to a successful transaction.
