Rick has been responsible for managing large multi-discipline projects for gold, silver, rare earth and nickel mining projects in Nevada, California, Wyoming, Mexico, Turkey, Greece, and Armenia. Experienced at all stages of projects and mine life development from scoping and feasibility studies to detailed design and reclamation planning. Expertise in heap leach facility and tailings storage facility design and planning, permitting, reclamation and closure planning, and management of construction and construction quality assurance (CQA) services. Previous experience includes management of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Superfund closure and remediation project including design and CQA services from to 2011.
