About Rick Keating
Scientists reveal the secrets of nature; Engineers reveal practical solutions.As a boy I loved taking things apart to see what makes them tick. Of course part of the thrill was the challenge of getting them back together again. Growing up I used this natural curiosity and acquired knowledge to fix things and solve problems, often with limited resources. In the era of the first Earth Day celebration I was inspired to study environmental engineering. Throughout my career I have always enjoyed learning about my customers\' processes, understanding their problems, and developing solutions that meets their requirements. My greatest pleasure still comes from using the resources and tools available to me to pursue unique methods and ask, Why can’t we do it this way?
