Responsible for the completion of construction, start-up and cold and hot commissioning of the Direct-Feed Low-Activity Waste capabilities of the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Project. WTCC is a joint-venture partnership between Bechtel and Amentum and is the principal subcontractor to Bechtel-WTP. Responsible contractor start authority for the Hazard Category-2 Low-Activity Waste Facility, on-site Laboratory, Effluent Management Facility, and associated utility systems and infrastructure.
