I bring more than 25 years of experience across commissioning, facilities management, plant operations, and owner representation, supporting projects in healthcare, education, commercial, and non-profit environments.My career has been built around a simple belief: buildings should work for the people inside them. I focus on long-term performance—systems that are reliable, maintainable, energy-efficient, and aligned with how facilities are actually used day to day.I currently serve in a dual leadership role as Director of Commissioning Services and Operations Manager, where I help guide both technical delivery and day-to-day operations of the firm. In this role, I contributed to growing the company from 2 to 23 employees operating across multiple states, while developing and leading the commissioning practice.I oversee commissioning strategy and execution while also supporting operational functions including resource planning, process development, staffing, budgeting, and internal workflows. This dual perspective allows me to balance quality, schedule, and profitability while maintaining a strong client focus.In parallel, I created and lead a client-focused owner advocation model, acting as an extension of the owner’s team. This includes facility oversight, preventative maintenance strategy, RFP development, contractor coordination, and system troubleshooting—bridging the gap between engineering design and real-world operations.I’ve led multidisciplinary teams of mechanical engineers, controls programmers, HVAC technicians, and support staff, and I actively participate in company leadership—helping shape strategy, policies, and hiring practices.What sets me apart is my ability to operate comfortably at both the technical and operational leadership levels. I understand HVAC systems, BAS platforms, and commissioning in detail, while also managing people, processes, and performance.I’m known as a practical, steady leader who values accountability, collaboration, and clear communication.
